Minellafordollars: successful on his only start at Lingstown point-to-points

Minellafordollars and Jamie Codd
The gelding was a £240,000 buyback at the Goffs UK January Sale
Minellafordollars, who set tongues wagging when bought back for £240,000 at the Goffs UK January Sale, has a chance to repay the faith of owner Bernardine Rochford in the bumper at Navan on Sunday.
The son of King's Theatre won on his only start at a Lingstown point-to-point in December and has since switched yards from Denis Murphy to Gordon Elliott, while Jamie Codd, who rode him at Lingstown, is due to ride him again.
The five-year-old is one of four runners set to make their rules debut in the 12-runner contest.
Bred by Godfrey Deacon, the son of King's Theatre is out of the Supreme Leader mare Another Dollar who won four races under rules for Deacon and placed twice in Graded novice chases.
Another Dollar has also produced a three-year-old filly and two-year-old colt, both by the ill-fated Fame And Glory, and a yearling filly by Westerner.
Deacon sold Minellafordollars as a foal for €30,000 to John Nallen at the Tattersalls Ireland November National Hunt Sale.
